Returns & Refunds


Simply You’s goal is to make our brides look and feel exactly how they envisioned themselves. If for some reason your dress does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do our best to fix your concerns. As we explain in the sizing page, you choose your dress by a range of sizes, so some alteration may be needed and the dresses are made to support it.  We have confidence in our work, so we do offer refunds, for any reason, on both ready to wear and Made-to-Order gowns with a 20% restocking fee.

** Please note: We only accept gowns for return if they have not been worn and are in perfect original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your dress and then ship your item back within 7 days, including a tracking number. We will charge a restocking fee of 20% on your order. If the dress returned feels worn, damaged, or has any alterations, customer service will contact you with your options.


Cancellations are only possible if you contact us early enough and production has not started on the gown. We will charge 10% of your total order to cancel the dress due to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. If production has begun, a cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping charges

Brides are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
